Package Policies:

All packages and special amenities must be reserved no later than 72 hours in advance.  Tip is not included in the package rate unless previously arranged by the guest

Inn Policies:

  • Check in: Anytime after 2:00pm
  • Check out: Prior to 11:00am
  • Minimum stay requirements on major holidays and events:
    • Labor Day Weekend
    • Memorial Day Weekend
    • UMW Parents Weekend
    • UMW Graduation Weekend
  • Corporate Rates are available for business trips – please call for details
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. 
  • Additional guests are $20.00 per person.
  • Children of all ages are welcome, but discretion is advised
  • Rates are subject to change
  • No pets allowed
  • Payment methods accepted include VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, traveler’s checks, and cash.  Personal Checks are not accepted.
  • Breakfast served from 7:30 – 10:00am
  • No smoking permitted throughout the building – porch and patio only.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to arrival. 
  • Cancellations made 1-3 days prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.

Group Reservation Policies:

If you are booking three or more rooms, this is considered a group reservation.  The following policies are applicable:

All group reservations cannot be made more than six months in advance.

Three – Five Rooms:

  • $200.00 non refundable deposit, to be applied to remaining balance upon departure
  • Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made 1-13 days (less than two weeks) prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.

Six – Eight Rooms:

  • $500.00 non refundable deposit, to be applied to remaining balance upon departure
  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made 14-29 days (two to three weeks) prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.  Cancellations made 1-13 days (less than two weeks) prior to arrival will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.

Nine Rooms (Entire Inn):

  • $1,000.00 non refundable deposit, to be applied to remaining balance upon departure
  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made 14-29 days (two to three weeks) prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.  Cancellations made 1-13 (less than two weeks) days prior to arrival will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.
