Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 1-3 days prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.
Four – Nine Rooms Reserved (Group Bookings)
All group reservations cannot be made more than six months in advance.
If you are booking four or more rooms, this is considered a group reservation. The following policies are applicable:
We offer a 5% discount per room for group bookings. A $50 non-refundable deposit per room is required and the following cancellation policy is applicable:
Group Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made within fourteen days of arrival will be charged a $25 fee per room cancelled. Cancellations for any room made 1-3 days prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in at 2:00pm will be charged the entire cost of the first night stay and 50% of the remaining balance.
Package Policies:
All packages and special amenities must be reserved no later than 72 hours in advance. Tip is not included in the package rate unless previously arranged by the guest. Packages cannot be cancelled after ordered.
Inn Standard Policies:
~ Check in: Anytime after 2:00pm
~ Check out: Prior to 11:00am
~ Minimum 2 night stay requirements on major holidays and events:
- Labor Day Weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend
- UMW Parents Weekend
- UMW Graduation Weekend
- Others mandated by at Management’s discretion.

~ Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $20.00 per person (under age 5 free).
