Most business meetings are held in the Garden Room which is on the lowest level of the Inn. This room has five four top granite tables that can be pushed together for one long table or left separated for smaller individual group work. For a classroom style meeting, the room can accommodate a maximum of sixty guests. This room is accommodated with two 55” flat screen televisions.

For presentations, there are several different options. For computer presentations, the Inn is happy to have its wireless system available for the presentation to be displayed on one of the 55” television screens. This does require the presenter’s laptop to have a monitor out connector for the wireless to be properly set up. If the laptop does not have this capability, an s-video cord is available which can be directly connected to the television and the laptop. One final option for a presentation is using the on hand projector and screen. These items can be rented for the entirety of a business meeting for $25.00 each. Please note that The Kenmore Inn does not have a computer technician available. If requested, a computer technician can be hired for the meeting at an additional fee.

If the meeting requires catering for breakfast or lunch, the Inn offers a number of different menu selections. Several brunch and lunch menus that range in price and style are available and customized menus are available upon request.

Room rental fees vary depending on the type of meeting and the number of guests in attendance. Please contact an Events Coordinator with this information and a price can quickly be determined.
